For years I have been telling myself, ‘something needs to change’ but that overwhelming sense of not knowing where to start, on top of a very busy life as a fulltime business owner and mum, was just adding to my ever growing ‘to do list’ so my physical health was put to the way side.

When I saw Sarah’s post about her 6 week online program something made me think that maybe I should just give it a try, maybe having some outside help might help habits stick, since all I thought I needed was accountability around my eating habits and physical movements.

But I gained so much more.

Sarah’s online program is so much more than accountability and ‘weight loss.’ Now after completing 6 weeks, I hate to even coin it in that manner. 

Sarah is more than a coach in food and lifestyle choices. She is your inner voice in those moments when you think you can’t keep going anymore. She empowers women in ways that I never thought were even possible.

For me personally being a woman who is quite confident in her own skin, Sarah managed to find ways into trapped cycles and patterns that I subconsciously did not even know existed, and gave me tools to move the habits in the right direction. Habits that have been engrained through my lifetime and probably generations before me.

Sarah embraced our wins and helped us improve on our misses by supporting and loving on every choice we made for ourselves. She deeply cares for all those she works with and understands more than most as she relates from a lot of her own experiences.

Aside from feeling amazing and dropping a dress size, I learned so much about food and how to change things the right way so that the habits stick. I remembered how to listen to my body in the right way. I am looking after my body in ways that are so much more than food and exercise.

The program is perfectly curated over a 6 week period, giving you small amounts of information at a given time so that you have space to implement each new strategy/knowledge. It did not once feel overwhelming, and I should know, I signed up right when my work life became more hectic, still trying to keep up with motherhood and home life. 

But I committed and I got more than I could have dreamed out of the program, habits that even two weeks after and with some big life shakeups, I have a foundation to come back to thanks to Sarah’s help.

The 6-Week Freedom Framework was honestly such a breath of fresh air. Being 50 and in perimenopause, I’d been struggling to shift weight because the things that worked for me in the past just weren’t cutting it anymore.
